Artwork with Sandra Lange and SAIA

This artwork was commissioned and fabricated by Glashütte Lamberts, as a new way to present their high quality product – a space to experience colored light. While the red panels on the walls attract attention, allowing us to experience the structure and surface of mouth blown glass, the multicolored and multifaceted ceiling is the heart of the installation. It produces fascinating projections of colored shapes on the white floor. Looking up, the viewer can discover the complex design, that makes some elements stand out against the light, leaving others partly see through. The look from outside will only reveal people looking up and down without showing the colourplay of ceiling and shadows. The red colour of the sidepanels takes away the colours, so you have to go inside to understand

Farbraum was shown amongst others at:

Glasstec (Düsseldorf 2012),

Pinokothek der Moderne (Munich 2013),

Hamburg Art Week (Hamburg 2013)
